We are inspired to teach kids how to move well. Using the classical Pilates method, an indivisible, whole-body approach to balancing and strengthening the body, we teach kids how to "move from their core".

MOVE! is the area's premiere Pilates studio to help your young dancer be at the top at their craft.ÊYour child will not only be a stronger and more expressive dancer, but will also learn how to protect the body from injury so he or she can dance for years to come.ÊWe teach your child the Pilates exercises, but more importantly, we teach them how to apply the principles by incorporating dance technique drills at the end of each session.
